Every time I hear someone say April Showers, I think of a saying that goes as follows, “April Showers bring May Flowers.” When I was a kid, we used to elaborate on the saying by asking, “and what does the Mayflower bring?” If you’ve never heard this joke before, the answer is so cheesy.
